Health Care Consulting Inc. was founded in 2008 by a team of former healthcare administrators and practice managers who saw firsthand how independent practices were struggling — not because of a lack of clinical excellence, but because of a lack of operational and strategic support.
We started with a single mission: to give private practice owners the tools, frameworks, and expert guidance they need to build sustainable, thriving businesses without sacrificing the quality of care their patients deserve.
Today, we've partnered with over 200 practices across the country — from solo primary care physicians to multi-specialty groups — and we remain as committed to that original mission as ever.
